Terms of Service

Last updated 5 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Baggle ("Baggle", "we", "us") when you use the Baggle browser extension, the Baggle web dashboard, or baggle.net (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Baggle. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.

1. Who can use Baggle

You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got into it.

2. What Baggle does

Baggle lets you save items from online stores into "bags", get price-drop and back-in-stock alerts, and, if you choose, share bags and follow other people's bags. Baggle is not a shop. We don't sell the items you save, and any purchase you make is a contract between you and the store.

Baggle is pre-launch. Features may change, be paused or be removed, and the Service may occasionally be unavailable.

3. Prices, stock and store information

Product details, prices and stock status are collected from third-party store pages and may be out of date, incomplete or wrong. Alerts are provided as a convenience, not a guarantee, and may be late or missed. Always check the price and availability on the store's own site before you buy.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you add to Baggle, such as bag names, your display name, your profile picture and the items you save. You give us permission to store it and to show it to other people in the ways your privacy settings allow (for example, a public bag showing on your public profile or in the "Hot bags" preview on baggle.net), and only so we can run and improve the Service. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from short-lived backups.

You are responsible for what you add. Please only add content you are allowed to use, and don't add anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights.

5. Using Baggle properly

You agree not to:

If you find a security problem, please tell us at the address below rather than using it.

6. Other people's bags

Public bags are made by other users and we don't check them. We aren't responsible for what other people add, or for the products and stores they link to. You can report a bag or account to us and we may remove content or accounts that break these terms.

7. Affiliate links

Baggle may in future route "Go to store" links through an affiliate network, which could earn us a small commission on purchases at no extra cost to you. We will update our Privacy Policy before this is switched on.

8. Our rights

The Baggle name, logo, website, extension, software, design and database are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. The Baggle name and logo are trademarks of Baggle. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the Service as described in these terms. Nothing here gives you any right to our name, logo or code beyond that.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using Baggle at any time and delete your account from the dashboard, which deletes your bags, items and social activity. We may suspend or close an account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if we need to in order to protect the Service or other people. We may also stop providing the Service, and if we do we will try to give notice first.

10. Our responsibility to you

We take care in running Baggle, but the Service is provided "as is" and we can't promise it will always be available, error-free or secure against every possible threat. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our breach, for loss of profit or business, or for anything caused by third-party stores or other users. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit, and nothing here affects any legal rights you have as a consumer.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add features. If a change is meaningful we will update the date at the top of this page and, where we can, tell you in the Service. If you keep using Baggle after a change, you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute, although if you live elsewhere in the UK you may also be able to use your local courts, and consumers elsewhere keep any mandatory rights of their own country.
